When you register an account on ShopJobs.lk, we collect your first name, last name, contact number, and WhatsApp number. When you post a job ad, we additionally collect the shop name, address, job details, and any image you upload. We do not ask for or store your National Identity Card number, bank card details, or any other sensitive personal information.
Your contact number and WhatsApp number are displayed on job ads (where enabled) so job seekers can reach you directly. We use your details to operate your account, confirm payments for paid packages, and to contact you regarding your ads. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
ShopJobs.lk does not process card payments directly. Paid packages are settled via bank transfer, and you submit a reference/slip number for our team to verify manually. We do not store any banking credentials.
Job ads you post are publicly visible to anyone browsing the site, including your shop name (unless you choose to hide it), job details, and contact numbers (where enabled). Please only include information you are comfortable making public.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your selected language. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We retain your account and job ad data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
Call and WhatsApp buttons link out to your device's native calling app or WhatsApp — these interactions happen directly between the job seeker and your phone number and are not recorded by ShopJobs.lk.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
