By registering an account or posting a job ad on ShopJobs.lk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
ShopJobs.lk is intended for shop owners, managers, and businesses in Sri Lanka to advertise job openings, and for job seekers to browse them. You must provide accurate contact information when registering.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the job ads you post, including the position, salary, requirements, and contact details. Ads must not discriminate unlawfully, contain false information, or advertise anything other than genuine job openings. ShopJobs.lk reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any ad that violates these terms.
Paid packages extend the visibility or duration of a job ad as described on the package. Payments are made via bank transfer and confirmed manually by our team — ads remain in "pending" status until payment is verified. Package prices and durations may change at any time; changes do not affect ads already published.
Because packages activate a live listing shortly after payment confirmation, fees are generally non-refundable once an ad has been published. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact support and we will review it case by case.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. ShopJobs.lk may suspend or block accounts that post fraudulent ads, abuse the platform, or violate these terms.
ShopJobs.lk is a listing platform only. We do not guarantee that any ad will result in a successful hire, nor do we vet applicants or employers beyond basic account registration.
ShopJobs.lk is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including disputes between job seekers and employers arising from contact made through the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
